NURSERY Connection
This ministry is open to children from infancy through kindergarten. It is a safe and exciting environment for the kids to learn about Jesus Christ. It’s features a well-equipped play area staffed by trained and background-checked volunteers who are dedicated to the Lord and will meet the needs of the children. The volunteers are CPA/First Aid trained and current on all California mandated child safety laws/regulations.
While in the care of nurturing volunteers, children are led through music and a Bible story time followed by crafts they can maneuver. During our time together snacks are provided (nut-free), diaper checks and bathroom use are all handled with care by the volunteer team. A ‘quiet room’ is provided for sleepy babies and breastfeeding moms.
KIDS Connection
This ministry is open to children in grades 1-6. We have a separate but also well-trained and background-checked team of volunteers who work with these elementary-aged kids. The team is CPA/First Aid trained and current on all California mandated child safety laws/regulations.
Each KIDS Connection gathering begins with music and snacks. After circle time they move on to a bible lesson and Bible verse for the month’s theme, then onto a craft that coordinates with the Bible story. The group always wraps up with prayers and offerings.
Both NURSERY and KIDS Connections are an extension of our church family. We want our kids to be safe. We strive to provide trusting relationships with leaders and families.
